SHIPPING:
Can you ship worldwide? Why can´t I find my country in the list?
Yes, all items can be shipped worldwide. I have not quoted shipping prices for every single product to every single country because there are just too many variables!
If your country is not on the list please click “Everywhere Else” which will charge an arbitrary fee of £5 and then we will contact you with a shipping quote for the balance of payment.
Most EU and European countries will be charged at the same rate as the UK price.
How soon will I get my items?
We usually pack and ship orders in 1-3 working days but allow one week for this at busy times and for larger or unusual items that require more care in packing and organizing couriers.
Please contact us if you need something in a hurry and we’ll do our best to get it out as quickly as possible.
My item is still missing, what can I do?
Occasionally a shipment will just disappear into the ether! If you haven’t received your items in 6 weeks after the shipping date please contact us and after checking tracking details with the courier we will arrange to replace or refund the product. Please note, if the item has gone missing or not been received due to you supplying us with the wrong address and it is returned or forwarded, you will incur any resulting extra charges.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
Every care is taken to wrap and package our items as appropriately and securely as possible but sometimes shipping companies don’t take quite so much care with fragile art goods! If your package has been damaged through the fault of the courier I cannot offer a refund or replacement but you should be able to claim through them. If the damage appears to be the result of neglect my end we can issue a partial or full refund or replacement depending on the damage. Of course, original items are one-offs and cannot be replaced.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major international credit & debit cards. You can pay through PayPal but you do NOT need a PayPal account tobuy.
Is your store secure?
Yes. This store uses PayPal which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Your personal information of course remains confidential according to both the protocols of store providers Big Cartel and all relevant data protection laws.
All prices are in £ / GBP (Pounds Sterling) and exchange rates are calculated on day of purchase by your card/payment provider.
DISCLAIMER: Artwork is notoriously difficult to photograph and display correctly on a computer screen so please be aware that the colours of the artwork in our store may look slightly different when you receive the actual piece.
Original pieces, especially those on wood or other found materials have imperfections/texture/character- whatever you want to call it! This is usually why people like them over a pristine reproduction but please take this into account when buying.
